There is a recurring issue where something functions well in UAT but fails in production due to permission sets, leading to frequent conflicts between QA and developers about why the code or automation behaves differently for various users.
To address this issue, we are introducing a new product, CompareX. This tool allows us to compare users, permission sets and permission set groups within an org or across different orgs. With CompareX, we can now identify and understand why code or automation behaves differently for various users.
